Dear Sir I will write you a few lines about your land that lays in Sec 6𧯛5 and to see what is the least that will buy it I would like to buy it it joins me on the East I am in the same sec and I would like to buy it let me know as soon as you possible [sic] can. and Oblige

Land runs from 100 to a 175 dollars a quarter and if you will not sell will you leas [sic] it to me for three years I will will pay the tax on it let me know soo [sic]
