Yours is at hand. The matter of the location of the depot is not yet finally determined. The strong probability however is that it will go on our land. I enclose blank deeds for right of way which will thank you to have signed by the parties in interest. Also suggest that you draw up some paper giving depot grounds not exceeding such a quantity. I do not know what quantity we will desire. I however think two or three acres will be sufficient. You can draft a paper which will no doubt be satisfactory. Let there be no delay. This question will be determined next week. And the papers should be here then.
