The Grand Jury of the United States District Court at Harrisonburg, Va., has found a bill of indictment against the agent of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad for ejecting Annie Smith (colored) from the depot of the company at Staunton. This is said to be an aggravated case, and will be used to test the constitutionality of the civil rights law.
