Bill No. 5 An act to repeal an act entitled an act to incorporate the Choctaw and Chickasaw Central Rail Road Company Approved April 8th 1870 as well as to repeal an act entitled an act to incorporate the Choctaw and Chickasaw Thirty Fifth Parallel Rail Road Company approved April 8th A D 1870. Sec. 1st Be it enacted in the General Council of the Choctaw Nation assembled That the Charters to have been granted under an act entitled an act to incorporate the Choctaw and Chickasaw Central Rail Company approved April 8th A.D. 1870 as well as under an act entitled an act to in corporate the Choctaw and Chickasaw Thirty Fifth Paralel Rail Road Company, Approved April 8th 1870 be an the same are hereby repealed revoked and renaired of no binding force or effect against the Choctaw Nation. The said charters having been disagreed to by the Legislative Authority of the Chickasaw Nation and concurred in by the secretary. |
